For those of you that are after a traditional way to make Vietnamese coffee or just want an alternative brewing method for coffee that is quick, easy, and doesn't require much clean-up afterward, the Phin filter is your perfect match.
- No paper filter needed
- Stainless steel
- Ready in under 10 minutes
- Made in Vietnam
We recommend adding 1-2 tablespoons of coffee into the filter, pour a small amount of hot water into the chamber, and wait about 15 seconds for the water to soak the coffee before filling the chamber entirely. Place the lid on top and let it drip.
Scan the QR code on the Phin for an instructional video on how to properly use your Phin filter.
This filter is amazing and easy to access as an Australian looking to expand their coffee taste. Vietnamese style coffee has become one of my new favourites and this website has most of what I need to do that without international shipping :)
Only critique is the cocochine logo is only a sticker that peels when wet so if I forget what brand it is I can’t recommend it to others (although I know I’ll be re-ordering from here and remembering anyway)
I love that the bottom plate and the phin are already welded together making it easier to clean and less pieces to keep track of. Easy to use and makes the best coffee (especially if you use the all Robusta blend)
Very good, like it
Simple to use and clean, I've really enjoyed using this Phin each morning. And the Vietnamese coffee blend I ordered along with it is delicious also.
Way too small......
